ZONE - COVID 19 Onsite and offsite Operating Procedures
The health and safety of our people, customers, suppliers and the community are our priority, and the reason for creating the documentation procedures is to move forward safely.
Our commitment to you as a business is to:
- provide nationwide technical support through direct contact with our sales team via Zoom, email or phone
- provide our customers with product from our warehouse - we are fully stocked and do not foresee any shortage of product
- essential product supply of our commercial bathroomware at Level 4 to site for start up next week
- anticipate significant demand following lockdown and working with customers to reserve products at current pricing
We look forward to supporting our partners and the New Zealand Construction Industry jump start the economy.

All orders must e emailed through to firstname.lastname@example.org in the first instance. We will courier products as much as possible to you.
If you require to collect products, please follow the procedures. Most importantly, you must phone Allan, the Warehouse Manager on (09) 890 9708 or 022 605 2608 and follow his instructions.
In the interests of safety, you will be asked to remain 2 metres away from our staff at all times. There CANNOT be an exception to this rule.
Communication is key.
Our sales staff are unlikely to be onsite and are instead working from home as much as possible.
